More It appeared that the residence was primarily used to grow marijuana as the majority of the residence was dedicated to marijuana cultivation, Burlington Police Sgt. Paul Petralia said.

After several months of investigation, police charged Gary Francis Jr., 43, with cultivation of more than 25 marijuana plants. Police said investigators found more than 250 marijuana plants when they served a search warrant in July.
